These terms are the agreement between you and Wabbi. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them.
By creating an account or using Wabbi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Wabbi is operated by Shay Cohen (sole trader). These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Wabbi.
You must be at least 13 to use Wabbi. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
Wabbi has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You agree not to:
We check what you post for slurs and sexually explicit material before it is published, and refuse it. Nothing catches everything, so you can also report objectionable content or abusive users at any time from the ••• menu on any post, profile, comment or message, and you can block abusive users. We review every report and act on it — removing content and suspending or banning offending users — within 24 hours.
What you post stays yours. By posting it you give us permission to store and display it in the app, to whoever your privacy settings allow. You can delete it at any time.
We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Wabbi is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Figures it shows you, including calories, are estimates and may not be accurate. Talk to a healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise programme, and stop if something hurts. You take part in physical activity at your own risk.
Some studios use Wabbi to publish their timetable and to record class packages you have bought from them. Any payment for a class is between you and the studio — Wabbi does not process payments, takes no commission, and is not a party to that arrangement. Bookings, cancellations and refunds are the studio's to honour under its own terms.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Delete Account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends immediately.
Wabbi is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Wabbi after that means you accept the updated Terms.
